a few issues at the hotel

stifling roomconstant humming

I had some real problems . the room was stifling, i couldn't adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. then, there was this constant humming noise, like some kind of machinery. It made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. What a nightmare.

EVERYTHING was great. I had a fantastic experience. The gym, sauna, steam room, and pool were clean. I was impressed with the amenities available. Our spacious room had everything we needed, including biscuits. The shower was powerful, and the beds were SUPER comfy! I will definitely return.

I found a SLIGHTLY annoying issue with the towel rail in the bathroom, which looked a bit loose.
